- When participating in various promotional activities through the Company;
- For the purpose of assisting in staff training, improving service quality, and handling inquiries, the content of conversations between you and our customer service staff may be recorded.
Types of Personal Data
- Documents or personal data required by the Immigration Department and/or consulates when processing applications for hiring foreign domestic helpers;
- Information required to verify your identity, including copies of identification documents and numbers;
- Your and family members’ Chinese and English names, identity card numbers, and dates of birth;
- Copies of your relationship certificates;
- Contact telephone/email address and other information;
- Your address proof, including address proof and/or lease copies;
- Your income/asset proof, including copies of income proof, bank statements or passbooks, deposit certificates, bank or financial account information, etc.;
- Transcripts or recordings of your calls to the Company’s hotline and telephone interviews;
- Emails or letters sent by you to the Company.
Retention of Personal Data
- Personal data will be kept until the original purpose for which the above data was collected, or a directly related purpose, is achieved; unless the above personal data must be kept in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations or contractual provisions;
- In accordance with the above principles and the Company’s internal procedures, personal data will be purged from the Company’s electronic, manual, and other storage systems after a specific retention period.

The Company believes that only employees who have a reasonable need to contact you to provide services or have a reasonable need due to other work relationships may be aware of your personal data. - Assisting you when you make service inquiries, including investigating and resolving issues that affect service quality;
- Sending you invoices for using the Company’s services;
- Responding to your inquiries or complaints about the Company’s services;
- Maintaining records for reference;
- Promotion and advertising of any services of the Company;
- Assisting the Company in preventing fraud or crimes;
- Contacting you when necessary;
- Matters required or permitted by law to be disclosed.

- In accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance, the Company has the right to charge a reasonable fee for processing data access requests;
