- Launched in September 2023
- 26 types of job positions: waiters, clerks, dishwashers, warehouse managers, drivers, etc.
- To hire one foreign worker, an employer must have two MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund) employees
- Employment contracts are limited to 24 months
- Salaries must not be lower than the median monthly wage of local workers
- Foreign workers are not entitled to the right of abode in Hong Kong
- More than 40,000 foreign workers have been imported
