1、Individual foreign consulates require employers to provide winter clothing for foreign domestic helpers. Foreign domestic helpers all come from tropical countries and generally do not have winter clothing and lack daily necessities.
2、Employers must provide free meals for foreign domestic helpers for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Otherwise, they need to pay an additional meal allowance of not less than HK$1,236 per month to foreign domestic helpers.
3、Employers must provide free accommodation for foreign domestic helpers, and the accommodation location must be the same as that in the contract.
4、The work and location of foreign domestic helpers are limited to housework and the address in the contract. Otherwise, it is illegal.
